1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 23.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal…along with these instructions.

  3. A word of warning….while this may seem like fun and a good time, be advised to never do this exersize when the nearest book to you is the Principia Discordia….because your head will explode and your bowels will turn to macaroni and cheese….KRAFT macaroni and cheese…..cuz its the cheesiest…
